Optimise your dishwashing process with the Hobart Profi AMX pass through dishwasher. Designed to clean up to 60 full racks every hour, the Hobart delivers reliably high output performance whilst reducing the amount of energy, water and chemical used per wash.

Perhaps one of the most innovative features of the AMX is the fully re-designed hood system. By being fully enclosed, much less heat and steam escapes when the hood is lifted. This not only completely eliminates the need for a separate condensate hood, it also means the dishwasher makes less noise during a wash – essential in more noise sensitive areas.

Advanced design also substantially reduces water use. By using around 2 litres per wash, less energy is needed to heat the water up and less waste water is produced – all without negatively impacting washing results.

Includes innovative drain heat recovery technology. This uses hot waste water to heat the incoming fresh water to 40°C, significantly reducing running costs, especially if the washer is in constant use.

Please note: this model does not come with a water softener as standard. If installed in a medium to hard water area, it’s highly recommended to install a water softener.

This dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won’t be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing – ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.
