The Victor SERSP Evolution is an open front refrigerated display that’s ideal for delis, coffee shops, convenience stores and food-to-go outlets. Crafted from polished and satin finish stainless steel with double-glazed Eco gas glass panels, it allows you to showcase your products clearly and effectively.

Restocking is simple. With a rear sliding glazed door, you can refill the Evolution SERSP without disturbing the front display. Inside, there are three toughened 8mm glass shelves that can be angled up to 10°, making them great for displaying sandwiches, salads or pastries. LED lighting on each shelf brings your produce to life, and the integrated ticket strip keeps pricing neat and visible.

The Victor Evolution range is known for reliable performance, and the SERSP model is no exception. It comes equipped with microprocessor temperature control, an automatic defrost cycle and a condensate handling system, so it runs with minimal fuss. A removable stainless steel recessed well makes cleaning straightforward, and the unit sits on four low-level castors (two braked) for easy manoeuvring.

It includes a two metre cable and plugs into a standard UK 13 A socket. A two-year parts and labour warranty is also included for added peace of mind.
