Exceptional cooking performance is driven by 12 powerful heating elements, which guarantee even heat across the entire plate and rapid recovery times during busy service. For complete control and versatility, the griddle is fitted with four independent thermostats, adjustable from 50°C to 300°C. This allows you to create different temperature zones on the cooking surface, perfect for handling a varied menu.
Built with a durable, easy-clean 304 stainless steel body, the Mirror 1300EÂ griddle is made to withstand the rigours of daily professional use.
