Built around an E61 group head and a quiet rotary pump rated up to 20 bar, pressure stays smooth and predictable for clean extractions and silky milk texturing. Triple manometers for boiler, pump and brew group put key data at a glance, helping staff dial in with confidence. The 58mm commercial portafilter works with standard baskets and tools, whilst a passive cup warmer keeps crockery at serving temperature for the perfect coffee every time.
