Description

Serving salads-to-go has never been easier than with these Colpac recyclable kraft tuck-top salad boxes.

Anti-mist, polyethylene windows make it easy for customers to view the salad boxes’ contents, even when they’re stored in chilled display units. A sturdy paperboard base means these salad boxes are also strong enough to keep your food-to-go safe and secure when in transit or displayed on your shelves.

The kraft material gives these packs a natural, organic look that’ll perfectly complement your freshly made salads.

Can I Recycle These Kraft Salad Boxes?

Absolutely! Because they’re made from paperboard and feature a polyethylene lining and windows, these boxes are widely accepted for recycling. This will help you and your customers to send less waste to environmentally harmful landfill sites.

However, to be accepted for recycling, these kraft salad packs must not be covered in food waste or oil, as this soiling may contaminate the process.

What Types Of Food Can I Serve In The Packs?

The polyethylene lining means these salad boxes can safely serve wet, moist and oily foods without leaking. As such, these boxes are great for packaging everything from pre-prepared salads to rice, pasta and noodle dishes.

Are These Boxes Safe For Serving Hot Food?

Unfortunately not. These salad boxes should only be used to serve cold food-to-go. This also means the salad containers should not be used in ovens or microwaves.
