Description

Improve the green footprint of your food-to-go service, with this pack of 500 x 98(Ø)mm Fiesta Green biodegradable soup container lids. Made from renewable, sustainably sourced paper, the lids will biodegrade when exposed to commercial composting. As such, switching to these lids will help you to reduce your environmental impact and meet customer demand for eco-friendly alternatives to traditional plastic

Thanks to the natural material used, these lids will biodegrade in just 12 weeks when subject to commercial composting conditions – making them kinder to the planet. By allowing steam to escape, the venting holes help to stop trapped condensation from turning your food soggy or watery – so you can ensure your dishes are always served exactly as intended.

When paired with the matching 98(Ø)mm Fiesta Green compostable soup containers (FB160, FB162 and FB164 – sold separately), these tight-fitting lids create an effective seal to help keep your soups warmer for longer and minimise the risk of spills.

• Recycled paper and natural fibre materials are kinder to Earth’s natural resources
• Venting holes allow steam to escape and prevent soggy food
• These lids emit less carbon during production than polystyrene alternatives
