The Pavoni gelato pan decorative lid mould is an innovative way to add value to ice cream or gelato. Simply seal the lid over a gelato pan and freeze the mix – the resulting ice cream or gelato has a distinctive chocolate bar effect which looks great when displayed.

There’s another benefit to using the Pavoni gelato pan lid mould – as gelato can quickly develop an oxidative film when left uncovered, these lids help reduce this effect by maintaining temperatures better within the pan. Suitable for gelato pans 360x250mm.
