To use the Rowzer, select premium-quality meat, fish, fruits, or vegetables and place them into the beaker. Add your preferred ingredients and fill the airtight container with a liquid of your choice. Deep freeze the mixture to -22ºC/-8ºF for at least 24 hours. When ready to use, attach the beaker to the Rowzer, choose the desired number of portions, and press “Start.” The high-precision blade spins at 2,000 rpm, delicately shaving a micro-thin layer off the frozen food, resulting in an ultra-smooth texture. Any unused contents in the beaker remain frozen solid for later use, allowing for convenient storage. The Taurus Rowzer’s innovative technology precisely spins various foods into a fine, creamy consistency, effortlessly working through deep-frozen ingredients without the need for thawing.
