It includes an overhead gantry so foods are presented stylishly and kept warm from above, as well as from the powerful removable top base unit. Designed for the busy carvery, canteen or buffet, the Victor buffet server is perfect for attractively presenting breakfasts, dinners or other meals in commercial environments.
