Designed for everyday heavy duty use, the Blue Seal fryer is constructed from strong stainless steel throughout, making it both highly durable and easy to clean. A multi-jet target burner ensures fast heat up and recovery times, so there’s less time waiting for oil to get to temperature – perfect for busy services. And as there’s two sturdy frying baskets, you can easily rotate different dishes without having to mix up basket contents.
