Description
Designed for the busiest commercial kitchens, the E3865 Falcon Dominator Plus Twin Tank Electric Fryer helps you to cook faster, easier and more efficiently. Independently controlled frying tanks allow a high output of 27kg of chips per hour per tank during busy hours. Alternatively, during quieter hours you can run a single tank to reduce running costs. As oil is kept completely separate, you can confidently cook dishes and keep items like fish separate to remove any chance of flavour transfer.
Available with either a fixed or mobile base.
