With high output and fast recovery time, the Dominator Plus G3840X twin basket fryer on castors ensures that you can cope with the busiest service periods. It has a capacity of 34kg of chips per hour from a tank holding 18 litres of oil. Integrated Fryer Angel safety system prevents fires and flare ups, protecting staff, customers and premises. Clever design features such as removable basket hangers make cleaning so much easier as well.
