Supplied with a fish grid and integral dust and debris cover as standard, the Falcon free standing fryer has been designed for constant, commercial use and is perfect for frying seafood, chips, doughnuts and many other foods – and at only 300mm wide, it’s perfect for kitchens with limited space.
- Robust stainless steel hob with mild steel pan ensures fryer is able to cope with busy service periods
- Fast-acting safety thermostat ensures peace of mind if oil accidently overheats
- Fish grid and lid supplied as standard
