Able to fry up to 64kg of chips every hour, the Falcon fryer is suitable for busy takeaways and restaurants and includes features to reduce expensive costs and add versatility. These include the sediment collection zone to extend oil life and the dual tank configuration which also helps prevent cross-contamination.
