With its generous 20Ltr open fry tank, the MJ35 provides a spacious cooking area and a deep cold zone. The cold zone helps to extend the lifespan of the oil and reduce your costs as food sediment is effectively trapped and are prevented from carbonising and contaminating the oil. When required, any food sediment is easily removed from the oil.

Strong stainless steel construction ensures all parts of the fryer are highly durable and easy to clean.
