Constructed from sturdy stainless steel, this 2.8kW fryer features a generous 2x 5-litre capacity and temperature range of 130-190°C to consistently cook large batches of food. The HOST fryer includes two strong baskets with ergonomic heat-resistant handles and a top-mounted manual temperature control. It has non-slip feet and side carrying handles for quick portable use. Two lids are included to prevent oil contamination along with a thermal safety cut-out feature to help stop the oil from burning.
