The Imperial IFS-40 features a large cool zone which cleverly captures food particles, keeping them out of the main frying area to reduce taste transfer and extend the life of your oil. An accurate thermostat provides precise control between 93°C and 204°C, whilst the recessed, slanted tank bottom makes draining effortless when it’s time to clean.
