By using a residual heat technology, the Lincat Vortech fryer not only recovers temperature faster, it also leads to an exceptional energy efficiency of 97% – much more efficient than traditional gas fryers. The integral filtration is equally impressive – the innovative two-stage filtration can extend oil life by up to 75% – saving even more money. And as the 5-minute filtration cycle can be done whilst the fryer is still hot, you can quickly refresh the oil without having to empty or move containers – much safer than typical commercial fryers.
