Safely cover your 1/3 gastronorm trays with the Nisbets Essentials polypropylene gastronorm lid. Designed to fit securely over most 1/3 GN trays, the lid helps you to keep the contents of the tray safely stored for longer – whether that’s ambient, chilled or even in the freezer.
Covering food with this lid helps to reduce cross-contamination and also allows for the GN tray to be stacked to save space too. The lid is made from a durable polypropylene material, which is not only long-lasting and easy to clean, it’s see-through too, making it easy to monitor the contents without losing heat or exposing them to outside conditions.
