The lid is designed for everyday commercial use, so it’s made to withstand a wide variation in temperature (-40˚C to 110˚C) – perfect for storage in fridges, blast chillers and coldrooms. It’s specifically food safe too, so you know it’s suitable for covering trays of food.
This red lid is ideal for colour-coding trays of ingredients – red is often associated with raw meats.
