Unlike traditional gastronorm trays, this full size (1/1), 40mm deep tray includes perforations which can be incredibly useful for cooking or draining foods. Allowing steam or smoke to enter, whilst also allowing liquids to drain ensures the tray is highly versatile for a wide range of uses.
