Equipped with 40,000 BTU infrared burners with a protective screen for splatter protection, the ISB-36 can provide instantaneous heat and even coverage to high volumes of food, making it perfect for a busy, high-demand kitchen environment. It has individual, adjustable gas valves to aid control, as well as a continuous pilot for instant ignition. The spring balanced broiler grid provides easy manoeuvring – it raises and lowers, with 4 locking in positions, and rolls out 10″ for quick and easy loading and unloading. When service has finished, the unit is easily cleaned, due to the stainless steel exterior and removable broiler grid.
