Description
The Hatco HW-FUL countertop food warmer is a superb option for safely hot holding foods. Designed to keep foods at the optimum serving temperature for extended periods, the Hatco has the versatility of being able to be used in wet or dry configurations, making it ideal for a wide variety of foods.
The Hatco has accurate adjustable temperature control, as well as an innovate pan edge offset – this helps to prevent condensation from dripping onto countertops. In addition, the HW-FUL can accept a full size (1/1GN) gastronorm tray, making it ideal for transferring dishes straight from the oven to the warmer.
