The Vizu 400 pass through multi stack food warmer is a great choice for warming large quantities of quick service foods. Designed to fit on a central service counter, the Vizu 1100 is designed to be loaded from the rear and served from the front – perfect for providing a connection between your kitchen and service area.
The Vizu pass through showcase offers an attractive visual display whilst holding cooked foods at the correct temperature and high relative humidity, which is essential to retain the moisture in products such as chicken, meat and bread/pastry products. The internal multi stacked racks allow for maximum product storage capacity which increases the ease of working with FIFO (First In First Out) and allowing proper air flow around the product.
