Description

Reliable and efficient, the German-built C815 cold feed Hobart Ecomax Plus conveyor dishwasher gives you all the washing performance you need for large-scale catering operations. Fitted with a pre-rinse feature, up to 2,520 dishes (140 racks) are effectively cleaned every hour, leaving a gleaming finish at the end of the wash cycle. The unit is easy to use and maintain too, thanks to simple manual controls and colour-coded removable parts for cleaning.

This dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won’t be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing – ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.

Please note: dishwasher tabling sold separately. Available in two models – with or without pre-wash zone. Please select an option from the drop-down menu.
