The CB E15P-S5 electric rotisserie oven provides a high capacity cooking solution within a space-saving countertop unit. It can cook up to 15x 1.2kg birds across five spits, making it an excellent addition for offering freshly-cooked chicken. The hinged glass doors and interior light create an attractive product display for customers, whilst also allowing you to check on cooking progress without losing heat, helping to reduce running costs.

Operation of the E15P-S5 is simple and versatile. Supplied with claw spits as standard, the oven can be adapted to cook meat joints or vegetables by using other specialist spits (available separately). Each spit is individually controlled for maximum precision, and the user-friendly dials with a 120-minute timer ensure consistent results. At the end of service, the slide-out grease tray and drain-off tap make cleaning fast and straightforward.
