Capable of cooking up to 20 birds at once across its five spits, this oven is a powerful addition to the busy commercial kitchen. Its spit action is highly versatile, allowing you to cook a variety of products from whole chickens and meat joints to vegetables by simply changing the spit type.
Designed for operational efficiency, this rotisserie features hinged glass doors and a bright interior light.
