Mounted on a mobile stand with castors, the E48P-S8 rotisserie is simple to position for operation or move for cleaning.

Designed for operational efficiency, the oven features hinged glass doors that minimise heat loss, helping to reduce running costs. An interior light illuminates the cooking process, allowing you to monitor progress and display food without opening the doors. Each spit is individually controlled via user-friendly temperature dials and a 120 minute timer, giving you precise control over cooking. Cleaning is also made simple with a slide-out grease tray and a drain-off tap to manage fats and juices.
