The CB G-8P gas chicken rotisserie oven is a compact and efficient solution for cooking succulent roasted meats. Its slimline countertop design makes it a great space-saving addition to professional kitchens, with the capacity to cook up to eight birds across two spits. Supplied with claw spits as standard, this versatile oven can also be used to cook other foods such as large meat joints or vegetables. Each spit is powered by its own motor, ensuring consistent rotation for an even, thorough cook.

Designed for performance and convenience, the oven features hinged glass doors and a powerful interior light. This allows you to monitor cooking without opening the doors, which minimises heat loss and helps to reduce running costs. A simple piezo ignition ensures a fast and reliable start-up, whilst the built-in slide-out grease tray and drain-off tap make cleaning quick and easy after service. The spit motors require a hardwired electrical connection.
