Unlike other similar display fridges, the Hoshizaki HNC ensures stability in both humidity and temperature, meaning the contents of the display retain moisture – essential for preventing fish or sushi from drying out and losing texture. The HNC is also designed to prevent condensation, protecting the integrity and taste of the product for extended periods.
This model features a right side condenser.
