Expand your hot holding capacity with the reliable Hatco HDW-2R2 Split Drawer Warmer. Thanks to its unique design, the warmer is ideal for holding products that are lower in height profile such as bacon, sausage, rolls and delicate products that are not normally stacked.
The four drawers feature adjustable sliding vents and thermostatic controls to hold a wide variety of hot foods safely for peak serving periods. In addition, the HDW-2R2 drawers have a food pan, a temperature monitor and a power On/Off switch, so you’ve got all the control you need to safely keep food warm for extended periods.
- Four heavy-duty drawers easily slide on Hatco-exclusive nylon rollers
- Adjustable sliding vents on each drawer
- Standard 527 x 324 x 64 mm pan supplied with each drawer
- Supplied with 1829mm cord, plug and 102mm legs
