Up to 70% more efficient than a traditional gas hobs, the 600 Series hob channels more energy directly into the cooking, delivering rapid heat-up times without flames or red-hot elements. In addition, as more energy goes into the cooking, there’s less heat escaping into the kitchen, reducing the load on your ventilation systems and providing a more comfortable working environment.

Below, the Buffalo induction hob is mounted on a strong stainless steel cupboard base with adjustable feet. This not only brings the hob up to an ergonomic working height, it also provides vital additional storage space for your kitchen – a perfect area to store a few induction-compatible pots, pans or utensils.

Once service is over, the unit is effortless to clean, with strong stainless steel and toughened ceramic glass construction. And as part of the Buffalo 600 Series, this induction hob is designed to suite with other 600 Series appliances, giving you a tidy, seamless cook line whatever the size of your kitchen. This hob can either be used as a countertop appliance or positioned on top of 600mm wide 600 Series cupboards (sold separately).
