The UPC1600 Ultra Camcart is a dual compartment workhorse that is designed to transport hot or cold meals without electricity. Outstanding for events like weddings and banquets that require high capacity service, the UPC1600 features CFC-free foam insulation and an airtight removable gasket to provide food safe temperatures for 4+ hours.
Fitting full size food pans, this cart can handle between twenty-four 2.5″ (6.5 cm) to eight 8″ (20 cm) deep pans for maximum space usage. The durable nylon door latches open easily and closes securely, with full swing doors that open to the side. The tough shell of this cabinet is rust, dent, crack, and chip free, with molded-in handles and bumpers for added ease in manoeuvring.
