Made with CFC-free, polyurethane insulation, the Pro Cart Ultra is durable and able to retain temperatures for at least 4 hours for without electricity. Additionally, the cart comes equipped with an electric cooling module that provides consistent temperatures – as low as 0.28˚C. This makes it easy for you to transport cooled ingredients whilst maintaining freshness.
