Made with CFC-free, polyurethane insulation, the Pro Cart Ultra is durable and able to retain temperatures for at least 4 hours for without electricity. Additionally, the cart comes equipped with an electric heating module that provides consistent temperatures up to 85˚C. This makes it easy for you to transport hot ingredients whilst maintaining freshness.
