Made in the UK, the compact Kasai konro hibachi grill makes it easy to bring traditional Japanese BBQ cooking to both the home and professional restaurants.

More than just a charcoal grill, the Kasai konro uses a natural clay material to optimise heat retention, reflecting heat back into the grill and to the food. As the konro has superior insulative properties, the charcoal burns longer than in conventional cookers, helping to maximise cooking times without having to change or add fuel. The special design of the grill also delivers those searing hot temperatures (up to 350°C) needed to lock in natural flavours without imparting other aromas.

This standard model includes the stainless steel frame. Other models with skewers, planchas and robatas are also available.

• Note: this product is made out of natural clay. Over time the clay may develop hairline fractures. This is normal and will not affect the quality or performance
