Made in the UK, the Lincat can fit up to three 2/3rd size GN pans or 460x330mm baking trays simultaneously – ideal for smaller or lower demand sites. Two-speed bi-directional fans give you the precision to cook even delicate foods, whilst the timer with buzzer and flashing oven lights ensure you know when the cook is complete – even during a noisy busy service. A superb cooking solution for the professional kitchen.
