Powerful and reliable, the UK-made Lincat CO235 convection oven is an impressive solution for quickly roasting, baking, braising and reheating up to three full-size (1/1) gastronorm pans of food at a time. With sturdy construction throughout, the Lincat is precision built for everyday commercial performance. Two-speed bi-directional fans and accurate controls ensure even delicate items can be cooked to perfection every time. For further precision, the timer automatically flashes the oven interior lights when the cooking cycle is finished.
