Description
Fry food without ever needing to stop with this high performance Opus 800 Fryer, equipped with two tanks to regulate the continued output of food such as chips. Fitted with inboard oil drainage, this unit is much safer and hassle-free compared to units that require external piping for their oil. A single pump filtration system will filter your oil and make it ready for use in five minutes, whilst simultaneously removing the risk and effort of lifting and exchanging heavy oil barrels which is typical of other fryers.
- Integral pumped filtration option, filter oil and be ready to fry again in under 5 minutes
- Fully welded mild steel pan, with dull finish for easy cleaning
- Inclined base to tank and 28mm drain valve for quick and easy draining
- Heavy-duty wire nickel plated basket/s
- Oil pump to easily return filtered oil to the tank
- 2kg max weight capacity per basket
- Inboard oil drainage for improved safety and negates requirement of attaching an external pipe
- Close tolerance thermostat range 130°C to 190°C for accurate temperature control
- Removable batter plates and lift out element with safety interlock for easy access and cleaning
