Fry food, even in the smallest back of house areas with this compact Lincat Single Tank Fryer. With an inclined base, the fryer will drain excess oil from food instead of allowing it to sit in it. Therefore, producing higher-quality, less greasy meals and making cleaning up easier.
The highly accurate thermostat gives you precise control over the cooking process. Therefore, resulting in crisper, more appetising meals.
The Lincat electric fryer removes the hassle of attaching and piping an external drain thanks to an inboard oil drainage system. In turn, saving you and your staff time and effort installing.
