Description

Delivering powerful heat both above and within, the Lincat Opus 800 electric oven range guarantees incredible cooking performance every time. It’s gastronorm-compatible, allowing you to cook large batches of food in one sitting – either before or during service.

The cast iron hot plates on top react responsively to changes in temperature, letting you tailor the heat very specifically and quickly to what you require – whether it’s a low gentle warming or fierce heating, you can ensure each individual item receives the exact heat it needs. Double insulation within the unit also saves you money on reduced running costs, with the added benefit of cooking your food faster due to decreased loss of wasted energy.
