The GS9 is a heavy-duty Lincat electric griddle with a hard-chrome-plated, machined-steel cooking surface and two independently controlled heat zones. It has a silver stainless-steel exterior and is designed as a countertop griddle within the Silverlink 600 range.

Its solid 12 mm machined-steel plate distributes heat evenly and retains heat well. Two independently controlled cooking zones let an operator use different settings across the surface or run only the area needed, while reduced heat radiation into the work area helps limit unnecessary power demand.

The griddle has an 8.6kW power rating and a thermostatically controlled temperature range of 50°C to 300°C. Its output figures are 290 burgers and 190 steaks, giving busy kitchens a broad working range for high-volume griddling.

The unit measures 330 mm high, 900 mm wide and 620 mm deep. Its cooking area measures 862 x 405 mm, providing a wide surface while retaining the 600-series countertop depth needed for alignment with compatible Silverlink equipment.

A built-in splash guard helps contain mess, while the fully welded plate removes dirt traps. Grease moves through a drainage channel into a removable fat drawer, which should be checked during use. After cooling and isolation, the chrome surface can be cleaned gently without sharp-cornered tools.
