The Foster FFC3-1 FlexDrawer counter is a powerful and versatile commercial unit, able to be used as either a fridge or freezer at the touch of a button. With incredibly easy controls and high quality stainless steel construction, the FlexDrawer is truly user friendly – being easy to use and easy to clean, especially considering that the drawer is also removable to further assist with the cleaning process. Able to accommodate three full sized (1/1) 159mm deep gastronorm containers, the machine has plenty of space for commercial catering requirements. The stainless steel countertop is robust and sturdy enough to position other countertop catering equipment, such as griddles, induction hobs and salamander grills.
