With a powerful 400W motor driving a 330mm stainless steel channelled blade, the slicer produces smooth, even cuts even through heavy products, thanks to its 25° inclined carriage and adjustable slicing thickness. Accurate portion control reduces waste and speeds up service, whilst the ergonomic design minimises arm fatigue during long shifts.

Hygiene is built in as standard – a removable sharpener and easy-to-clean food spikes keep the blade clear of debris and limit bacterial build-up, whilst the IP33 rating protects against splashes and moisture.
