The Buffalo 20Ltr digital planetary mixer provides the performance, precision and reliability you need to mix large commercial batches of food. Thanks to its 1.1kW long-life brushless motor, the Buffalo mixer powers through even heavy mixes, allowing you to process doughs, creams and batters with ease.

With new and improved digital controls, the Buffalo planetary mixer has impressive mixing flexibility. Rather than traditional slow, medium and fast speeds, the Buffalo mixer gives you true stepless speed control, so you can mix just as you want – essential for delicate mixes, or specialist ingredients.

The digital controls allow you to programme the mixer. With up to five user-definable programmes, you can set the mixer to start slow and move into a different speed at a certain time according to your recipe. Just select your programme and the mixer gives you a consistent, repeatable mix every time. Each programme can have up to four stages for maximum mixing flexibility.

Not only is the 20Ltr Buffalo planetary mixer’s motor energy efficient, it’s belt-driven too. This means it’s designed to work quieter than traditional mixers and is much easier (and faster) to service in comparison to gear-driven alternatives.
