With capacity for up to four litres in each pot, the Buffalo 600 series bain marie offers a truly impressive holding capacity, giving you plenty of space for large batches of gravy, beans, soup or other similar liquid foods.

Using wet heat warming, the bain marie uses gentle heat to keep food at the perfect serving temperature. This way, not only does it reduce the chance of food drying out, it also prevents the food from burning to the pots. Operation and maintenance couldn’t be easier too – with simple dial temperature control, strong stainless steel construction and the front mounted drain tap, it’s simple to keep food warm without fuss.

As part of the Buffalo 600 Series, this bain marie suites perfectly with other items within the range. Not only does this lead to a smooth, clean work line, it also makes the line safer, with less jagged edges. As a countertop unit, this bain marie can also be mounted on 600 Series bases.
