Powerful and versatile, the Buffalo 600 Series dual zone electric griddle provides a flexible cooking surface for your breakfast, lunch and dinner services. With its 10mm thick mild steel plate and powerful 4.5kW elements, the griddle powers up quickly and distributes heat rapidly throughout the each cooking zone – essential for delivering consistent results every time.

Featuring user-friendly dial controls, the Buffalo griddle makes it easy to regulate the temperature for both sides – so you can keep food warm on one zone, whilst cooking eggs or bacon on the other. Alternatively, you can completely power down one side to reduce running costs during quieter hours.

Strong stainless steel construction and fully welded plates ensure the Buffalo griddle is both reliable and easy to clean. And thanks to the built-in large capacity fat collection drawer, it’s effortless to empty food debris away from the griddle when required. The appliance also features splash guards to the side and rear of the cooking plate, helping to keep nearby surfaces mess-free too.
