The front-mounted 7″ full-screen touch panel gives you the ability to set and run multi-stage cooking programs, ensuring different dishes are all finished at the same time. Up to 99 programs with up to 6 stages each can be set, or choose from one of the 40 pre-set classic options such as bacon, croissants, roast beef or chocolate brownies – all services are covered.

That’s not all – the oven includes advanced ClimaControl technology, a highly accurate system which lets you set exactly how much heat and steam is used for each program. You can also cook using a choice of time, core probe or “Delta T” functions – this impressive flexibility is ready for your creativity.

Once you’re all done, cleaning is simplified too. Simply set the automatic one-touch washing mode to run and the Buffalo combi oven is left sparkling clean, ready for the next use.
