The Comark C42C high performance thermometer is a great choice for use in food service areas. Designed for accuracy and reliability, the C42C provides highly precise temperature readings using either a type-T thermocouple, thermistor probes or AX24L air probe (all included).

With a tough, rugged build, the C42C is designed for the rigours of the busy professional kitchen and the unit itself is made to last. The case is waterproof to IP65 rating, whilst the durable controls and large display make the thermometer easy use and read. It’s also highly efficient, needing only two AA batteries to run – and a new set of batteries lasts around 5,000 hours too.

The C42C incorporates a range of advanced features designed to answer the quality control and HACCP requirements of the professional food industry user. Also includes handy carry/storage case.
