The Convotherm Mini is networkable via WiFi, allowing you to easily adjust programmes via app, reducing training and set-up times. And when it comes to cleaning, Convotherm’s innovative ConvoClean system ensures a thorough, effective automated cleaning routine.

This model can accommodate up to six two-third size gastronorm trays and has a left hinged door.
